Our Space & Facilities
The Ivan Harewood Centre is fully accessible, and comprises two main conferencing and banqueting rooms, as well as a courtyard area, for hosting a wide range of events and services. Descriptions of our space and facilities are presented below. Note that, in compliance with standing COVID-19 protocols and guidelines issued by the Government of Barbados, the hosting capacities for each space will vary accordingly. Please contact the team at the Centre to confirm hosting capacities for any space you may be interested in using.
The Unity Room*
The very spacious Unity Room is functionally designed and features 2,930 sq. ft. of flexible floor space that is ideal for a variety of set-up styles. It also has additional seating space on the terrace, and clients can access the adjacent kitchen and bar areas for their catering needs.

The Delta Room*
The lower level open Delta Room has 840 sq. ft of flexible floor space. It is designed with two open terraces - one on each side - making it a perfect setting for an intimate special event or a training workshop. There are kitchen and prep area facilities available for the catering needs of clients.

The Courtyard*
Our Courtyard is our lush garden space for your intimate, outdoor event needs - be it a wedding, soiree or a paint-and-sip event - with an amazing backdrop for your photographs. The Courtyard can also be used in conjunction with our other indoor spaces for the ideal all-in-one venue..

Rectory Cliff Garden*
The Rectory Cliff Garden is located on Enterprise Beach opposite the church's Rectory (residence of the Rector). This charming, seaside space with idyllic beach and sunset views can be the perfect location for outdoor wedding.
